ProdIssuingCA2.cer:
Få certifikatet ind på iPad: Tryk på Download ProdIssuingCA2.cer. Download ProdIssuingCA2.cer. Når du trykker på filen, skal du se "Profil downloadet".
Installer profilen: Gå til Indstillinger → Generelt → VPN og administration af enhed → Downloadet profil → Installer. Indtast din adgangskode hvis du bliver bedt om det. På dette tidspunkt er certifikatet installeret, men endnu ikke trusted.

SGROOTCA.cer:
Få certifikatet ind på iPad: Når ProdIssuingCA2 er installeret: Tryk på Download SGROOTCA.cer. Download ProdIssuingCA2.cer. Når du trykker på filen, skal du se "Profil downloadet".
Installer profilen: Gå til Indstillinger → Generelt → VPN og administration af enhed og godkend SGROOTCA
Gå til Indstillinger → Generelt → Om → Indst. til certifikatgodkendelse og sæt SGROOTCA til "Tillid"
Installation på Android:
Installer Zscaler Client Connector på Android: Google Play-link.
ProdIssuingCA2.cer:
Download certifikatet: Tryk på Download ProdIssuingCA2.cer og gem filen (typisk i Downloads).
Installer certifikatet: Gå til Indstillinger → Sikkerhed og privatliv (kan hedde Sikkerhed) → Flere sikkerhedsindstillinger → Installer fra enhedslager → Wi-Fi-certifikat.
Vælg filen: Vælg ProdIssuingCA2.cer fra Downloads og tryk Udført.
Hvis du ikke kan finde certifikat-menuen: Brug søgefeltet i Indstillinger og søg efter "certifikat" og vælg en relevant "Installer certifikat" indstilling.
SGROOTCA.cer:
Gentag de samme trin for SGROOTCA.cer.
Kontroller installation (valgfrit): Gå til Indstillinger → Sikkerhed → Brugercertifikater og se efter certifikatet (placering kan variere).

Install the profile: Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → Downloaded Profile → Install. Enter your passcode if asked. At this point, the certificate is installed but not yet trusted.
Explicitly trust the certificate (this is required for Root CA - SGROOTCA): Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and approve SGROOTCA
Go to Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings and set SGROOTCA to "Trust"
Download the certificate: Tap Download ProdIssuingCA2.cer and save it (usually in Downloads).
Install the certificate: Go to Settings → Security & privacy (may be Security) → More security settings → Install from device storage → Wi-Fi certificate.
Select the file: Choose ProdIssuingCA2.cer from Downloads and tap Done.
If you cannot find the certificates menu: Use Settings search for "certificate" and open an "Install certificate" result.
SGROOTCA.cer:
Repeat the same steps for SGROOTCA.cer.
Verify (optional): Go to Settings → Security → User certificates and confirm it appears (location varies by Android version).

Importer le certificat sur l’iPad : Une fois ProdIssuingCA2 installé : appuyez sur Télécharger SGROOTCA.cer. Vous pouvez aussi l’ouvrir via Email, AirDrop, l’app Fichiers ou depuis cette page HTTPS. Lorsque vous appuyez sur le fichier, un message `Profil téléchargé doit apparaître.
Installer le profil : Ouvrez Réglages → Général → VPN et gestion de l’appareil → Profil téléchargé → Installer. Entrez votre code d’accès si demandé. À ce stade, le certificat est installé mais pas encore approuvé.
Approuver explicitement le certificat (nécessaire pour une Root CA – SGROOTCA) : Ouvrez Réglages → Général → VPN et gestion de l’appareil, puis approuvez SGROOTCA.
Ouvrez Réglages → Général → Informations → Réglages de confiance des certificats et activez la confiance pour SGROOTCA.
Installation sur Android
Installer Zscaler Client Connector sur Android : lien Google Play.
ProdIssuingCA2.cer
Télécharger le certificat : Cliquez sur Télécharger ProdIssuingCA2.cer et enregistrez-le (généralement dans Téléchargements).
Installer le certificat : Ouvrez Paramètres → Sécurité et confidentialité (ou Sécurité) → Paramètres de sécurité avancés → Installer depuis le stockage de l’appareil → Certificat Wi-Fi.
Sélectionner le fichier : Choisissez ProdIssuingCA2.cer dans Téléchargements et cliquez sur Terminé.
Si vous ne trouvez pas le menu des certificats : Utilisez la recherche dans Paramètres avec le mot-clé « certificat » et ouvrez un résultat nommé Installer un certificat.
SGROOTCA.cer
Répétez les mêmes étapes pour SGROOTCA.cer.
Vérification (optionnelle) : Ouvrez Paramètres → Sécurité → Certificats utilisateur et vérifiez que le certificat apparaît (l’emplacement peut varier selon la version Android).
